Behaviour Support Training – Level One
You’ll learn how to safely and appropriately respond to behaviour from a toolkit of theoretical intervention methodologies. Where necessary, you’ll also learn simple and safe techniques including personal safety, prompts, guides and disengagements delivered on a principal-based approach. Additional modules, including supporting small children and separating fights, can also be included. Our techniques are respectful and supportive and help you maintain positive relationships.
Behaviour Support Training – Level Two
For schools with higher risk behaviours, our Level Two course provides a further level of physical intervention, where risk is assessed as necessary. This can include a range of guides, escorts and physical intervention techniques, appropriate to your needs. Our approach is focused on maximum care and respect, always aiming to reduce restraint and restrictive practices.
