For courses before September 2024 –
Upon receiving a full pass at the end of the course, you will have received an email with your certificate attached. This will have been sent to the email address provided during the registration process or the one provided by the commissioning manager.
Should you need a replacement for this please email international@teamteach.com for your replacement, please note requests will be responded to within 3-5 working days.

For courses after September 2024 –
Upon receiving a full pass at the end of the course, you will be able to access your certificate within your Connect Account, please log into your account via connect.teamteach.com to access this. The commissioning manager will also have access to your certificate within their organisational account.

We provide different levels of trainer courses dependent on the risk within your organisation and the skills you require to cascade to your staff team.

  1. Foundation Trainer Plus
  2. Intermediate Trainer
  3. Advanced Trainer

Our protocols do not allow in-house trainers to train individuals who are employed outside of their organisation. Trainers can only train the employees of their employer. Team Teach does not issue trainer certificates that allow individuals to go into private practice.
We recommend where possible organisations have at least 2 trainers within their organisation.

Yes! We deliver private courses for organisations across Ireland and aim to have availability for your preferred date. We keep logistics simple for you, so get in touch with us and our team will discuss which level of training is right for your staff team, check availability and provide a quote for the course.

Individuals within your staff team can join us on our public courses, hosted across Ireland on a variety of dates in numerous locations. For groups of 8+ staff members, a private course can be delivered directly to your team, on-site at your own venue. Choosing the correct person is key to having your own in-house trainers, they must have availability within their work schedule to be released to deliver training and complete pre and post-course documentation. Our seamless system Team Teach Connect, minimises the quantity of paperwork.

You can access your certificate via our platform, Team Teach Connect, here you can see both the original date of training and the expiry date of your certification. Our helpful team will be on hand to remind you of certificates due to expire soon. Please find below our course certification periods:
Direct Courses:
Level One – 1-Day – 24 months
Level Two – 2 Day – 12 months
Advanced Modules – 12 months

Trainer Courses:
Foundation Trainer Plus – 12 months – 1 day recertification
Intermediate Trainer – 12 months – 2 day recertification
Advanced Trainer – 12 months
