Schools who undertake Team Teach training together benefit from a common understanding and approach and have the ability to develop outcomes specific to their context. It also allows individuals to adopt a specific role in their team and further develop it.

Over the last 25 years I have been fortunate enough to be a part of many training programs to support students best interests. Team Teach in my mind is the best by far. It is evidence based and tried and tested and most importantly works in my context.

As a result of becoming a Team Teach practitioner I am confident in my ability to support students in need and assist my colleagues in the same. As an advanced trainer I have experienced the satisfaction of being able to help many staff with their specific situations and bring assurance and peace of mind. The most fulfilling aspect of the training has been the ability to support young people in crisis and see them take control of their lives again.

Team Teach has changed my life. Thank you Team Teach, without you I am not sure I would have been able to carry on with a career in education and continue doing what I love.
